Just a little island twist on a classic root beer float. The name says its all. I like my floats with more ice cream than float, so feel free to adjust ice cream to root beer proportions as you wish.

Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 1 ounce of Ray & Nephew Rum Cream
- 2 ounces
Method
Put two scoops of vanilla ice cream into a large glass.
Pour the rum cream over the ice cream.
Pour the root beer over the ice cream.
Top with whipped cream and a cherry. Enjoy.
