I tend to buy mint in very large bunches, so I am always looking for new ways to use the mint leaves. When National Tequila Day (July 24) rolled around, I couldn’t think of a better way to use the mint that I had on hand than creating a tequila cocktail. Introducing the Tequila Mint Breeze. Try it out and let me know what you think.

Ingredients
- 1/4 fresh grapefruit (peeled and segmented)
- 1 can of Bai Bubbles Gimbi Grapefruit
- 10 mint leaves
- 6 ounces of tequila
- sugar (for the rim of the glass)
Method
Muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of a shaker. If you do not have a muddler, you may use the handle of a wooden spoon.
Add in the tequila and stir.
Sugar the rim of your serving glasses and place the grapefruit segments in the glass. Pour in the tequila and mint.
Add in the Bai Bubbles and be sure to leave room for some ice. Add the ice, stir and enjoy. (Note: You can add more or less Bai Bubbles depending on how strong you do or do not want your drink to be.)
