Vodka is cool, but we island girls love our rum. And this island girl in particular loves Fruitee, a popular soft drink made in Barbados. Fruitee has come out with a ginger beer and I could not think of a better use for it than a Moscow Mule Remix.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces of Mount Gay Silver Rum
- juice of half a lime
- 8 ounces of Fruitee Ginger Beer
- 2 lemon wedges ( for garnish)
- 2 mint sprigs (for garnish)
Method
Squeeze the lime juice into 2 copper mugs.
Add 2 ounces of rum to each mug.
Add 4 ounces of Fruitee Ginger Beer to each mug.
Add ice and garnish, and enjoy.
